Requirements / Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the 2026 Graduate Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
1. Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
2. Achieved at least a Second Class Lower (2:2) degree.
3. Completed NYSC (National Youth Service Corps) service.
4. Be no older than 28 years at the time of application.
5. Display a strong passion for sales and growth, as the program is tailored to develop sales-driven banking professionals.
6. Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive, leadership potential, and a growth mindset aligned with NOVA Bank’s “New Thinking, New Opportunities” ethos.
Program Duration & Training
* Duration: The program runs for one year, blending classroom-style learning with on-the-job experience.
* Training & Mentorship: Participants will be mentored by NOVA’s top executives and work on real, impactful projects.
