The Refugee Youth Changemakers (RYCM) Global Digital Pathways Program is a transformative initiative that offers fully sponsored access to Coursera courses for 500 refugees and vulnerable youth across Africa. This program is designed to equip young people with the digital, entrepreneurial, and leadership skills they need to thrive in the modern workforce.
Participants will select one of six learning pathways and engage in a structured, 4-month online learning journey. Alongside learning, participants receive mentorship, career guidance, and opportunities to earn Coursera-verified badges and certificates that are recognized globally. This program empowers youth to enhance their career prospects, take on community leadership roles, and contribute meaningfully to digital and entrepreneurial ecosystems.

5. Foundations for Global Digital Careers (Software & Web): Prepare for careers in tech through specialized online learning tracks.
6. Leadership, Communication & Community Empowerment: Enhance leadership abilities, public speaking, and strategies for positive social impact.
