Requirements/Eligibility Criteria

Eligible students must be first-time applicants from a non-European Union state, with households that do not file taxes within the EU. The Emile Boutmy Scholarship is awarded based on factors of excellence, and social criteria are also considered to create a diverse and inclusive student body. Students must have received admission to an Undergraduate or Master’s programme at Sciences Po to qualify.
