African Women’s Sustainability Conference 2024

ImpactHER is dedicated to empowering African women entrepreneurs by providing them with essential digital skills training and resources to help grow their businesses and thrive in competitive markets. With a focus on bridging the gender gap in entrepreneurship development, ImpactHER has successfully trained over 130,999 female entrepreneurs across 54 African countries. By equipping women with the tools and skills necessary for business growth, ImpactHER fosters economic empowerment and sustainability, enabling women to make a lasting impact on their communities.

Through digital training programs tailored to the unique needs of African women in business, ImpactHER empowers these entrepreneurs to increase their income, create jobs, and contribute to the economic growth of their regions. The program also encourages gender equality, ensuring that women entrepreneurs are equally represented in the business ecosystem. This initiative has proven transformative, enhancing the livelihoods of women and paving the way for a more inclusive, sustainable future for all.

Program Impact and Benefits

ImpactHER’s mission is to catalyze entrepreneurship development for African women in business by providing more than just theoretical knowledge. Participants gain practical tools for business growth, from digital skills training to marketing and financial management. With the skills learned in the program, these entrepreneurs are equipped to scale their businesses, expand their market reach, and become role models for other women in their communities.

The program also focuses on sustainability and economic empowerment. Through the integration of sustainable business practices, ImpactHER ensures that women can build resilient businesses that withstand market fluctuations and contribute to the long-term development of their local economies. The focus on gender equality helps dismantle barriers for women, allowing them to participate fully in the African entrepreneurial landscape.

By participating in the African Women’s Sustainability Conference and other capacity-building activities, these women build a network of like-minded individuals, exchanging ideas and creating lasting collaborations.
