5. Scholarship Exclusivity: Must not concurrently hold other Taiwan government scholarships, such as the Taiwan Scholarship.
6. Previous Scholarships: If previously awarded a TaiwanICDF or other Taiwan government scholarship, applicants must have graduated before July 31, 2024, to apply again.
7. Visa Requirements: Be eligible to apply for a Resident Visa (Code: FS) and Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) as required by Taiwan.
8. Document Submission: Submit all required documents, including the highest-level diploma, by July 31, 2025.
