As a proud and longstanding partner of One Young World, Deloitte is committed to empowering future global leaders through this prestigious scholarship. The Deloitte Young Leaders Fellowship 2025 will bring together an interdisciplinary cohort of eight young changemakers—four focused on education and workforce development and four dedicated to sustainability and environmental innovation—to attend the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, Germany, from 3-6 November 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Deloitte One Young World Scholarship 2025 – Fully Funded, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Aged 18 – 30
- Nationals of all countries are eligible, but applicants must be based in a country where Deloitte has a presence
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering positive change in climate action or education transformation
- Proven leadership skills and capacity to create global impact
- Understanding of key local and global challenges in sustainability, environmental innovation, education, and workforce development
- Track record of developing innovative and impactful solutions in climate change, sustainability, education, or skills-based workforce transformation
