The GoGettaz Agripreneur Prize Competition 2025 is a prestigious, pan-African entrepreneurial challenge designed to identify, recognize, and reward outstanding young agrifood entrepreneurs who are transforming Africa’s food systems. The competition, now in its seventh year, continues to inspire innovation in agriculture by empowering youth-led businesses that are making real impact in food production, processing, and distribution.
In the face of growing concerns about food security, climate change, and economic instability, young African entrepreneurs are stepping up with scalable, sustainable, and tech-enabled solutions. The GoGettaz Agripreneur Prize aims to harness this momentum by offering financial backing, international visibility, and mentorship to promising agripreneurs who are tackling critical issues across the continent.
The competition is more than just a prize—it’s a movement to shift mindsets, create opportunities, and build a future where Africa’s food systems are led by the continent’s own youth. Finalists will pitch their businesses at the Africa Food Systems Forum (AFSF) 2025 in Dakar, Senegal, gaining access to world-class mentors, investors, and leaders in the agricultural sector.
