It’s a transformational experience designed to empower bold women leaders, particularly those looking to harness digital tools and AI-powered strategies to amplify their businesses. Over two dynamic weeks—between July 22 and August 1, 2025—selected participants will undergo 8 power-packed sessions led by top-tier mentors and industry experts. From AI integration to investment readiness, digital marketing to financial literacy, participants will be immersed in deep learning experiences that combine both online and in-person training at the prestigious JICA Nigeria Office in Abuja.

To be considered for this competitive and life-changing program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be a Nigerian female founder or co-founder of a startup or registered Micro, Small, or Medium Enterprise (MSME)
Aged between 18 and 40 years old
Demonstrate a clear passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology-driven growth
Be able to articulate a compelling business idea or operational venture that uses or seeks to adopt digital tools
Possess a basic level of digital literacy (desirable but not mandatory)
Be committed to attending the full duration of the bootcamp, including online training and physical sessions in Abuja
Willing to engage actively in collaborative learning and peer mentorship
Display a growth mindset and readiness to scale your business to new heights

Duration/Stipend
The NITDA IgniteHer Bootcamp 2025 (Cohort 2) runs from July 22 to August 1, 2025, featuring 8 hands-on sessions delivered across Tuesdays to Fridays each week, between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM (WAT).
This is a hybrid bootcamp, meaning participants will experience both virtual learning modules and on-site training at the JICA Nigeria office in Abuja. During this period, participants will have access to:
AI and tech integration workshops to help embed modern technology into business operations
Business development and scaling strategy sessions
Investment readiness and pitching coaching for access to local and global funding
Financial literacy training, tailored to women-led businesses
Marketing and digital visibility tools for brand elevation
Real-time mentorship with local and international experts
Networking opportunities with fellow founders, mentors, and investors
