For the academic years 2025/26 and 2026/27, the Africa Scholarship offers two tiers of tuition fee reductions, applied in the first year of study:

- £5,000 Award: For students holding a Bachelor’s degree equivalent to a UK 2:1 classification or who have completed a Pre-Master’s or equivalent postgraduate qualification with strong academic results.
- £4,000 Award: For students with a Bachelor’s degree equivalent to a UK 2:2 classification or a Pre-Master’s degree with comparable performance.
Students enrolling initially in a Pre-Master’s program will receive the scholarship upon successful progression to their main postgraduate course. Requirements/ Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be nationals of, or hold permanent residency in, an African country (Egypt excluded due to a separate scholarship scheme).
- Hold a Conditional or Unconditional Offer from the University of Lincoln for a full-time postgraduate taught program starting in September 2025, January 2026, September 2026, or January 2027.
Eligible students may also benefit from additional discounts such as the Advance Full Payment Discount or Early Payment Discount valued between £1,000 and £1,500.
