To be eligible for the Reckitt Nigeria 2025 Trailblazers Management Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following criteria: 1. Be a recent graduate between the years 2022 and 2024. 2. Must have earned a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in any discipline. 3. Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program on or before December 2025. 4. Demonstrate curiosity, ambition, and self-motivation. 5. Exhibit key soft skills such as ownership, self-awareness, mental agility, communication skills, and attention to detail. 6. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 7. Open to rotational job roles across different business functions and locations. 8. Willing to take initiative and own projects with minimal supervision. 9. Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills. 10. Duration & Stipends
