The APM Terminals Nigeria Graduate Trainee Programme 2025 is now officially open for applications! This highly competitive, two-year intensive programme is tailored to young Nigerian graduates ready to fast-track their careers in the logistics and supply chain industry. Designed as a launchpad for future leaders, this initiative offers unparalleled real-world experience, skill development, and mentorship opportunities within one of the world’s leading port operators.
Throughout the 24-month journey, trainees will engage in job rotations across various departments, take on special projects, receive guidance from seasoned industry professionals, and undergo regular performance evaluations. To be eligible for the 2025 Graduate Trainee Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria: 1. Hold at least a Second-Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Accounting, Engineering, Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or other related disciplines. 2. Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) and possess 1 to 2 years of post-NYSC work experience. 3. Be willing to undertake the programme in any of the following locations: Onne, Apapa, or Kano. 4. Be ready to commence the programme starting January 2026.
Duration and Stipends
The programme runs for a 24-month (2 years) period. Trainees will receive a competitive stipend and other benefits designed to support their professional growth and development throughout the training.
