BILATERAL EDUCATION AGREEMENT (BEA)
This BEA Scholarship Nigeria 2025/2026 program provides fully funded opportunities for eligible Nigerian students to pursue their academic dreams abroad. The scholarship is open for:
- Undergraduate (UG) studies, tenable in Russia, Morocco, Hungary, Egypt, and Algeria.

Requirements/Eligibility Criteria
UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS
To qualify for the Undergraduate Scholarships in Russia, Hungary, and Morocco for Nigerians, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Academic Qualifications:
- A minimum of Seven (7) Distinctions (As & Bs) in the Senior Secondary School Certificates (WASSCE/WAEC May/June) only, in subjects relevant to their fields of study, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Certificates must not be more than two (2) years old (2023 & 2024) for Non-African Countries and not more than one (1) year old (2024) for African Countries.
- Age Limit:
- Must be between 17 and 20 years old.
POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS
Applicants for the Postgraduate Scholarships in China, Serbia, and Romania for Nigerians must meet these requirements:
- Academic Qualifications:
- A First Degree with at least a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) is required, with preference given to First Class degrees.
- Additional Requirements:
- Must have completed the N.Y.S.C. Program.
- Must provide:
- N.Y.S.C. discharge or exemption certificate.
- Evidence of readiness to be released by their employer.
- Age Limit:
- 35 years for Masters and 40 years for Ph.D.
