Requirements / Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the CAP Plc Management Trainee Programme 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Qualification: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline. A postgraduate degree (e.g., MSc) is an advantage.
