Through a strategic partnership between PiCTT and the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI), DELT-Her provides an enabling environment for Nigerian women in engineering to ideate, innovate, and implement forward-thinking solutions. - Applicants must be between the ages of 20 and 45 years old.

Duration/Stipend
The DELT-Her Initiative runs over a structured 6-month period, designed to provide both foundational and advanced mentorship, training, and project development. During this time, selected participants will engage in capacity-building workshops, technical skills development, peer-to-peer collaboration, and project incubation. The program will include both virtual and physical engagements depending on geographic feasibility.

Each participant whose proposal is selected will receive a financial grant that can range from ₦2 million to ₦5 million, depending on the scale and innovation potential of their submitted idea.
