Requirements/ Eligibility Criteria
Qualify for the ELDP, candidates must meet the following conditions:
1. Minimum of a Second Class Lower (2:2) from a recognized and accredited university.
2. Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
3. A minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
4. Demonstrated leadership potential and a strong passion for building a career in banking.
5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
