The Ellen Johnson Sirleaf (EJS) Center’s Amujae Initiative 2024 is a transformative program designed to empower emerging African women leaders and equip them to excel in public service leadership roles. This prestigious women leadership program in Africa aims to cultivate trailblazers in African public service, offering a blend of leadership trainingmentorship programs for women leaders, and networking opportunities with a powerful sisterhood of African women leaders. By joining the Amujae Leadership Initiative by EJS Center, participants gain the skills and support needed to drive change in their communities and beyond.

To be eligible, applicants must demonstrate proven leadership talent, a commitment to uplifting other women in public service, and a strong patriotic dedication to their home country. Empowering women to lead in public service, the initiative supports those who have the vision and determination to make a transformative impact. Applications are open to African women public leaders until December 17, 2024.
