The Ellen Johnson Sirleaf (EJS) Center’s Amujae Initiative 2024 is a transformative program designed to empower emerging African women leadersand equip them to excel in public service leadership roles. This prestigious women leadership program in Africa aims to cultivate trailblazers in African public service, offering a blend of leadership training, mentorship programs for women leaders, and networking opportunities with a powerful sisterhood of African women leaders. By joining the Amujae Leadership Initiative by EJS Center, participants gain the skills and support needed to drive change in their communities and beyond.
To be eligible, applicants must demonstrate proven leadership talent, a commitment to uplifting other women in public service, and a strong patriotic dedication to their home country. Empowering women to lead in public service, the initiative supports those who have the vision and determination to make a transformative impact. Applications are open to African women public leaders until December 17, 2024.
This program has already supported 42 dynamic women across three cohorts from 19 African countries, solidifying its reputation as one of the top leadership programs for African women in 2024. Through this opportunity, participants will join a vibrant network of trailblazing African women striving for progress, unity, and sustainable development.
