FSDH Group Management Associate Program 2025 - KP Visa and Travels

Requirements/ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the FSDH MA Program 2025, candidates must meet the following requirements:
1. Must be a young Nigerian, either residing in Nigeria or in the diaspora.
2. Hold an MBA or related master’s degree from a recognized institution.
3. Must possess a First Class or Second Class Upper (2:1) in their first degree.
4. Hold a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICAN, CFA, ACBIN).
5. Have 4–5 years of post-graduation professional experience.
6. Show strong leadership potential and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

The MA Program is designed to develop future leaders by integrating them into key departments and strategic projects across the FSDH Group.
Associates will take on challenging pre-management roles, contribute to high-impact initiatives, and work directly with senior leaders.
Participants will gain exposure to real business challenges while building leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
The program provides a structured learning experience, preparing associates for long-term success within the financial services industry.
