Fully funded Scholarship by Mastercard Foundation and the American University of Beirut

The Mastercard Foundation Scholarship Program at the American University of Beirut (AUB) offers fully funded PhD scholarships for young African leaders committed to making a difference in their communities. The program supports scholars with a combination of advanced academic study, leadership development workshops, and community engagement. PhD fields open for Spring 2025-26 include Theoretical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Environmental and Water Resources Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Epidemiology.
