Requirement/Eligibility
To be eligible for the Jiangsu Jasmine Scholarship 2025, candidates must meet the following conditions:
1. Citizenship
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens in good health.
Applicants from Belt and Road countries or countries with strong educational ties to China are encouraged.
2. Academic Background and Age Limit
Undergraduate Programs: High school diploma; applicants should be under 30 years old.
Master’s Programs: Bachelor’s degree; applicants should be under 35 years old.
Doctoral Programs: Master’s degree; applicants should be under 40 years old.
3. Language Proficiency
For programs taught in Chinese: Applicants must provide an HSK Level 4 or above certificate.
For programs taught in English: Applicants must provide IELTS (6.0 minimum), TOEFL (80 minimum), or proof of previous instruction in English.
4. Conduct
Applicants must have a clean academic and disciplinary record.

5. Scholarship Status
