Requirements/Eligibility
The KBr Photo Award 2025 is open to photographers of any nationality and age. However, there are specific criteria that applicants must meet to be considered:
- Professional Background: The award is aimed at professional photographers. Applicants must demonstrate a consistent body of work and a proven track record in photography, particularly in the field of documentary photography.
- Type of Project: Only documentary photography projects are eligible. The project should aim to reflect social, cultural, or environmental realities. Proposals must be original and not previously exhibited or published in their entirety.
- Application Format: Applicants are required to submit a detailed project proposal, including a written concept (max 5,000 characters), a portfolio of between 10 and 15 photographs, and a tentative timeline for project completion.
