Requirements/Eligibility
1. Submissions must include a full paper in PDF format. Abstracts, proposals, or extended outlines will not be accepted.
2. Papers must be original, unpublished, and not currently under review elsewhere.
3. The research should be relevant to economics, climate policy, innovation, environment, or related subfields.
4. Applicants must commit to attending in person in London if their paper is accepted.
5. Only one paper may be submitted per applicant.
6. Papers must be written in English.
7. Submissions must be completed via the official web portal by the stated deadline.
8. Co-authored submissions are allowed; however, only one author will be eligible for travel support.
9. The programme strongly encourages submissions from underrepresented regions and groups, particularly from the Global South.
10. Researchers from academia, think tanks, and policy institutions are eligible to apply.
Duration/Stipend
The event spans four powerful days, from 22 to 25 September 2025, hosted at the LSE campus in London, UK. This is a hybrid event, allowing both in-person and virtual participation, but presenters must attend physically. For selected presenters, limited travel and accommodation stipends are available, based on merit and funding availability. There is no monetary stipend for general attendance, but the event is completely free to join, whether as a presenter or audience participant.
