This highly competitive fellowship program aims to upgrade existing healthcare centres and establish over 8,800 new centres across all local government areas. The programme is administered by the Sector Wide Approach (SWAp) coordination office under the office of the Coordinating Minister of Health and Social Welfare. - Recommendation: A letter from a University Dean, NYSC place of primary assignment, or a respected organization demonstrating character and leadership.
