Requirement/Eligibility:
1. Completed a Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering-related Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent by the start of the program.
2. Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
3. Eligibility to work anywhere within Nigeria.
4. Full mobility across Nigeria, along with a willingness to relocate as required by Hilton.
5. Be mobile across the MEA region after completing the program.
6. Availability to start full-time employment as of 1st of September 2025.

Duration:
The program lasts for 2 years, with the first phase lasting 9 months and the second phase lasting 15 months.
Salary
The program provides a monthly stipend, and participants will be employed by Hilton upon completion of the program.
