2. Must have minimum 10 cumulative years of AIA membership by October 8, 2025.
3. Must select exactly one of the six Objects: Design; Practice Advancement; Leadership; Public Service; Alternative Careers; Education/Research/Literature.
4. Must demonstrate a “ripple effect”—evidence that your work has influenced design practice, policy, public awareness, or education broadly.
5. Must submit a complete PDF packet (≤40 pages, ≤25MB), including sponsor letter, achievements narrative, portfolio exhibits, CV, awards list, publications, and signed forms.
6. Must include reference letters: 5 for first-time applicants, 6 for second-time applicants, 7 for third-time applicants.
7. Must pay a non-refundable USD $450 application fee at submission.
8. Must comply with formatting guidelines—landscape layout, legible font, resolution standards.
9. No direct contact with Jury members during review period.
10. May apply up to three consecutive years; third-year applicants must pause one cycle if unsuccessful.
