The Transforming Nigerian Youths Program 2025 is an exciting initiative focused on empowering young Nigerian entrepreneurs, particularly women entrepreneurs. This program provides comprehensive business development training and essential skills, aimed at helping participants, especially those inMicro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), thrive in a competitive business environment. By participating in this program, young Nigerians will be equipped with tools to build successful businesses and make lasting contributions to their communities.
The program offers 15-working day virtual training that is self-paced to fit the schedules of busy entrepreneurs. Participants will receive detailed insights into key business development areas, including financial management, marketing, and scaling. This virtual training is supported by interactive workshops and seminars, which are designed to ensure participants not only gain theoretical knowledge but also practical skills they can apply directly to their business ventures.
Youth Empowerment through Women Entrepreneurs in Nigeria is a focal point of this program. While it is aimed at all young entrepreneurs aged 18-35 years, special consideration is given to women entrepreneurs who are seeking to improve their businesses and expand their market presence. Throughout the training, participants will also have access to critical resources, including business registration assistance and market access support, which are essential for establishing a viable and sustainable business.
Pitchathon for Business Growth: The apex of the program is the grand pitchathon, where participants will pitch their business ideas to a panel of industry experts and investors. This final stage provides an invaluable opportunity for feedback and refinement of business concepts, as well as the chance to win grants, secure additional mentorship, and potentially attract investment from investors attending the pitchathon. This event is a major highlight and offers real-world exposure to entrepreneurs ready to take their businesses to the next level.
