Applications are now open for the 2025 TWAS-UNESCO Associateship Scheme, a prestigious program designed to foster research collaboration among competent researchers from developing countries. In collaboration with UNESCO and several centres of excellence in the Global South, TWAS has instituted this Joint Associateship Scheme to enable scientists to visit these centres regularly. Each associate is appointed for three years, during which they can visit a host centre twice for research collaboration and capacity-building opportunities. Nearly 300 centres have been selected to participate in the scheme, providing a platform for international scientific collaboration.
