Tracks for the Accelerator Program
In-Country Track: In-country tracks are facilitated in the local language and local time zone wherever possible. It will feature a series of live and on-demand sessions, hands-on support, workshops, and peer-to-peer networking opportunities.
In addition to the in-country tracks, there will be several regional tracks.
Africa Track: The Africa track will bring together companies from across the continent and offer the same curriculum as the in-country track delivered through a series of global and on-demand sessions. Peer-to-peer sessions will focus on regional best practice and case studies.

Requirements/ Eligibility Criteria
To take part in the Business & Human Rights Accelerator, companies must:
1. Be a current participant of the UN Global Compact, or willing to join.
2. Be engaged with a local Global Compact Network, or prepared to join one.
3. Be willing to identify human rights risks and scope a focus area within the value chain.
4. Commit to creating a Human Rights Action Plan based on the program’s findings and recommendations.
5. Appoint two working-level representatives to participate fully in sessions and activities.
6. Nominate one executive-level representative to oversee and support participation and attend high-level events.
7. Complete the full six-month programme and commit to embedding the learning across business operations and policies.
This program is especially valuable for young professionals, CSR specialists, compliance officers, sustainability leads, and supply chain managers in participating companies.
