For over 60 years, the World Bank Young Professionals Program (YPP) has been a premier and competitive opportunity for those looking to join the World Bank Group. We look for prospective Young Professionals (YPs) from around the world with diverse backgrounds, exceptional technical skills, and outstanding leadership potential. YPs will join as Technical SpecialistsEconomists, or Associate Investment Officers on an initial five-year term contract, with the option to renew based on performance.

During their first two years, YPs have a unique chance to gain experience through rotational assignments across the World Bank, IFC, and MIGA, deepening their knowledge in various areas of the World Bank Group.
