Requirement/Eligibility
To be considered for the 2025 PLAC Legislative Internship Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a Nigerian citizen.
- Must have completed a degree in any discipline (minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required).
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Must demonstrate a strong interest in Nigeria’s democratic development, public policy, law, or governance.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be available to fully commit to the entire duration of the internship in Abuja.
- Prior experience in policy research, advocacy, or civic engagement will be considered an added advantage.
- Must not be above 35 years of age at the time of application.
- Must submit a complete application package, including a CV and a personal statement.

Duration
The internship will run for eight weeks at the National Assembly in Abuja. Salary
