- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Geoinformatics, Geography, Computer Technology, Social Science, or a related field.
- A relevant professional certification is desired.
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in GIS, spatial modeling, and data analysis, preferably within the nonprofit sector or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge in GIS and Spatial Data Analytics to support health informatics projects.
- Advanced knowledge in data analytics to derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Python programming, particularly using ArcPY, for effective data manipulation.
- Advanced skills in remote sensing and GIS modeling for health informatics applications.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools to streamline processes.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation tasks.
- Advanced skills in statistical analysis and modeling using tools such as R or Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn to present data findings effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data extraction and manipulation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights for various stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and timelines, ensuring project objectives are met.
