The program is supported by Vital Voices Global Partnership, a leader in empowering women worldwide. It’s specifically tailored to help mid-career leaders navigate the complexities of global public health challenges. As a participant, you will benefit from a blend of experiential learning, mentorship, and hands-on leadership training, helping you amplify your voice, presence, and influence within the health sector. You will engage in virtual group mentoring, coaching, and an impactful self-directed leadership project designed to advance outcomes at the intersection of health and gender equality.
Participants will gain critical tools and strategies to address individual, organizational, and societal challenges that women leaders in public health face today. Additionally, you will benefit from the networking opportunities provided by the program, ensuring you have a robust support system of peers, mentors, and experts in the field. Upon completion of the program, you will become part of a lifelong network of women leaders, advocating for empowerment and gender equality in public health leadership across local, regional, and global levels.
Fully Funded: No financial contribution is required. This leadership journey is supported by Vital Voices Global Partnership and offers participants access to free leadership coaching for women.
12-Month Duration: A blend of in-person experiential residencies (Immersion and Lift-Off) and virtual learning touchpoints will allow participants to continue their work in public health while gaining invaluable leadership experience.

Eligibility Criteria
