The Ban Ki-moon Centre for Global Citizens has launched the third iteration of its Your Future in Green Jobs Mentorship Program, supported by Dubai Cares and implemented in collaboration with Plan International and Unbounded Associates. Designed specifically for youth aged 14 to 20, this action-based initiative connects your passions with meaningful green career pathways. Through a competitive recruitment process, 50 candidates from around the globe will secure a spot in this virtual experience running from December 2026 to June 2027. Requirements/Eligibility Criteria

• Aged between 14 and 20 years old
• Successful completion of the Your Future in Green Jobs Online Course
• Keen motivation and proven interest in sustainable development and green careers
• A passion for bringing about change at a local and global level
• Upper-intermediate English language skills
• Access to a stable internet connection and ability to participate in online meetings from anywhere in the world

Program Timeline

Program activities span from December 2026 to June 2027. Selection results and initial emails are announced in November 2026, followed by an online kick-off ceremony in December 2026. Virtual expert workshops run from January to March 2027, while you design and implement your own self-paced Changemaker Project from February to June 2027 alongside regular online mentor check-ins. The experience concludes with an online graduation ceremony in June 2027.
