Quickserve Restaurant is a hospitality business that focuses on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. We are currently hiring for the role of Brand / Customer Relations Executive, responsible for building and maintaining the company’s image while developing strong customer relationships.
This role will involve creating and implementing strategies for effective brand management, engaging with clients to ensure their needs are met, and addressing concerns that arise. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience and build lasting loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Retention: Oversee the recruitment of new employees and implement strategies to retain staff in the restaurant.
- Brand Management: Assist in developing and executing brand strategies to strengthen Quickserve’s presence in the market and improve visibility, in line with hospitality industry best practices.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers through various platforms such as phone, email, and social media to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and deliver superior customer service.
- Relationship Building: Establish long-term customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and continued customer satisfaction.
- Feedback Management: Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide actionable insights and improve the overall customer experience in the restaurant.
- Content Creation: Work with the marketing team to create engaging content that enhances brand advocacy, including newsletters, blogs, and social media updates.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure all customer interactions reflect Quickserve’s commitment to high-quality service.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently, using industry-standard problem resolution techniques to maintain a positive brand image.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and customer behavior, providing recommendations for improving brand strategies and overall service delivery.
- CRM Software Management: Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, feedback, and ensure continuous engagement for enhanced customer relations.
Requirements/Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in brand management, customer relations, or customer service within the hospitalityindustry.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and resolve complaints using feedback managementsystems.
- Experience in handling customer feedback, using CRM software, and managing customer satisfaction processes.
- Strong understanding of brand management and customer engagement strategies to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
