This program is designed to empower female entrepreneurs from low and middle-income countries by matching them with experienced, dedicated professional mentors from around the world. Over the course of one year, participants will receive personalized support to help them achieve their business goals and foster women’s economic empowerment. By participating in this business mentoring program, you will gain valuable insights and guidance tailored to business growth strategies for women-led businesses.

The Mentoring Women in Business program is perfect for women who are either running their own business—holding at least 51% ownership or decision-making authority—or planning to launch their own business within the next three months. This initiative not only focuses on entrepreneurship development support but also provides access to a global network of professional mentors, ensuring you have the resources needed to build your confidence and skills in business.

Requirements/Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be a woman from a low or middle-income country.
  • Running or planning to launch a business.
  • Proficient in English (intermediate level or above).
