Priority Areas and Co-Funding
Projects must contribute directly to the implementation of the Apia Commonwealth Ocean Declaration. Your proposal can target one or more key areas, including reducing land- and sea-based marine pollution, restoring coastal ecosystems like mangroves and coral reefs, advancing an investable blue economy, strengthening sustainable fisheries, or supporting ocean-climate action and resilience. Keep in mind that co-funding accounts for 10% of the total application score. If you present cash or in-kind resources from outside the Incubator grant, whether from your lead government, project partners, or other donors, your proposal will score higher during the assessment process.Deadline
