We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team.
Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, you will manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Your role will also involve preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents to ensure efficient communication.
You will act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, assisting with special projects and ensuring timely completion. Handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism will be essential in this position.
Qualifications
Requirements/Eligibility Criteria
- BSc/HND in any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with experience in the tourism or government sector being an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is crucial for performing administrative tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills are required to balance multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for maintaining effective communication within the team and with external partners.
- Discretion and confidentiality are fundamental qualities for this role.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
