Executive Assistant Job to Founder & CEO

Naxawellness is a cutting-edge naturopathic clinic specializing in holistic health solutions for conditions such as PCOS, fibroids, hormonal imbalances, and digestive disorders. Our commitment to promoting wellness is reflected in our personalized care approach. We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, client communications, and strategic initiatives within the health and wellness industry.

This role is integral to ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic and supporting our growth in the naturopathy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, including client consultations, meetings, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements essential for maintaining operational flow.
  • Handle email correspondence, prioritize inquiries, and filter urgent matters for immediate attention, acting as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal teams.
  • Prepare and organize documents for meetings, client protocols, and presentations related to our wellness packages.
  • Project management: Assist in executing strategic initiatives and clinic projects, such as developing wellness packages and marketing campaigns, while tracking project progress and deadlines.
  • Facilitate coordination among staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and successful treatment protocol delivery, maintaining a positive work environment.

Requirements/Eligibility Criteria

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Medical SciencesSocial SciencesBusiness AdministrationProject Management, or related certifications. A strong medical background is preferred to align with our holistic focus.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant for 3-4 years in a structured firm supporting busy executives, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks with precision, particularly in medical administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for effective client communication in our wellness clinic.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Slack, Google Suite) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), ensuring tech-savviness in adapting to new tools.

Location
Lekki, Lagos.

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 monthly.
