Requirements/Eligibility Criteria
- The MOPGA Fellowship is open to the nationals of all countries (except France).
- No nationality restrictions.
- 60 fully funded fellowships will be provided.
- The early-career researcher is defined as “Foreign researchers holding a doctoral degree for less than 5 years.” Applicants must have obtained their PhD between December 2019 and December 2024.
- PhD students currently enrolled are not eligible to apply.
- Applicants must not hold French citizenship.
- Must have a strong background in environmental research or climate change studies.
