The MTN ICT & Business Skills Training Programme (Phase 8) is now open for applications, offering a powerful avenue for young Nigerian entrepreneurs to scale their ventures. Backed by MTN alongside global tech partners like Google, Oracle, KPMG, IBM, Digital Bridge Institute, Cisco, Meta, and Microsoft, this initiative gives you the practical digital tools needed to thrive in today’s fast-paced economy. Since its launch in 2018, the programme has trained 15,362 microbusiness owners across 29 states and the FCT. Now, Phase 8 brings a specialized five-week blended learning journey right to your fingertips, complete with data support, masterclasses from seasoned entrepreneurs, and a chance to secure substantial funding for your enterprise.

Requirements/Eligibility Criteria
Be a Nigerian female aged 18 to 35 years.
Own and manage a microbusiness that has been operational for no more than 2 years.
Have your business physically located in Rivers, Abia, Ogun, Kwara, Kano, or Gombe state.
Program Structure and Benefits
The training runs for five weeks using a blended-learning model that pairs self-paced online modules with instructor-led sessions and masterclasses. You will tackle a capstone project challenge and receive data support to keep you connected throughout the learning process. Beyond the curriculum, the top 100 participants will receive up to ₦1,000,000 in equipment grants drawn from a ₦100,000,000 fund.
