Pitch Perfect Africa 2026 Innovation Fellowship for African Health Startups

Brief Description

The 2026 Pitch Perfect Africa Innovation Fellowship returns for its second year to celebrate and support visionary African health startups developing health-focused innovations across the continent. Created by the Health Innovation Hub (H2i) venture community, this program provides early-stage ventures with vital funding, expert pitch opportunities, and investment readiness training. If you are leading an early-stage health venture in the Discovery stage, this is your chance to secure CAD $5,000 in funding and pitch your solution to a panel of expert judges. Three winning ventures will each receive the CAD $5,000 Innovation Fellowship grant following a competitive virtual showcase.

Requirements/Eligibility Criteria

• Be a current H2i Level 2 HENT venture onboarded by your lead mentor by August 31, 2026 (no exceptions).
• Operate within the Discovery stage of H2i’s four-level venture development model.
• Have not previously won Pitch Perfect Africa (past finalists who did not win are welcome to reapply).

• Building a Winning Pitch Masterclass: Friday, October 9, 2026
• Virtual Pitch Competition: Monday, November 16, 2026
