This program is specifically designed to address climate change challenges in Africa while empowering young people to become changemakers in climate action and leaders in their communities.
Program Structure
- Intensive 12-week program: Participants engage in a structured and immersive learning experience that equips them with the skills, knowledge, and tools for meaningful change in tackling climate and socio-economic issues.
- Hands-on training: The program provides practical skills in climate adaptation, business development for climate solutions, and sustainable entrepreneurship. Participants will also learn about creative solutions for waste management, strategies to overcome food security challenges, and innovative approaches to disaster risk management.
- Focus on community impact: The program emphasizes empowering participants to design and implement projects that directly address the needs of underserved communities while fostering social impact initiatives in Africa.
- Pitch Day event: The program culminates in a highly anticipated Pitch Day, where participants present their promising climate projects to potential investors and stakeholders. This offers them a platform to secure funding and support necessary to bring their ideas to life.

Requirements/ Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 16–35 years old.
- Citizens or permanent residents of Nigeria, Ghana, or Kenya.
- Minimum of secondary education.
- Experience in community work, entrepreneurship, or climate action is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong interest in climate resilience, sustainability, and social impact initiatives in Africa.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for working with underserved communities.
- Commitment to the full program duration.
