Requirement/Eligibility
To be eligible for the 2025 Peace Fellowship at Yale University, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Citizenship or primary residence in a conflict-affected or fragile country, as identified by international organizations such as the World Bank or UN.

3. Professional experience (at least 5 years) in civil society, government, academia, or international development sectors.

5. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualifications in relevant fields such as international relations, public policy, law, political science, or related disciplines.
6. Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as the program is conducted entirely in English.
7. Willingness to commit full-time to the duration of the fellowship including travel, residency, and participation in all program components.
8. Must not be currently enrolled in another full-time academic program during the fellowship period.
9. Preference may be given to applicants under the age of 40, but outstanding applicants above that age may also be considered.
10. Open to individuals of all genders, ethnicities, and faiths, provided they meet the leadership and impact criteria.
Duration/Stipend
The Peace Fellowship runs for a period of four months, beginning in early 2025. The program is fully funded, covering:
